Welcome to our upcoming conference

As the global need for palliative care and care of the older person evolves within dynamic social systems, it is imperative to consider what lies ahead. By leveraging the experience and expertise of inter-professional practitioners and academics from around the world, this conference will link historical and contemporary knowledge to innovative thinking for the future. Cutting edge scientific evidence will be considered within its sociological history and context, to begin and to grow a conversation about the next challenges and opportunities for palliative care and care of the older person, because “nothing just happens”.
